ELEV8 SIA, REGISTRATION NO. 40203594306, ADDRESS: Jelgava region, Vircava parish, Mazlauki, Liepu street 22, hereinafter referred to as the online store, provides goods/services according to the following Terms of Use:

1. General Provisions

Purchases made through the website are considered distance contracts and are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” and the “Regulations on Distance Contracts.”

2. Making Purchases

Prices and specifications of products are displayed next to the items. To place an order, add products to your cart, fill in required fields, choose a delivery method, and complete payment.

3. Payment Terms

The website uses euros (€) as the payment currency. Payments can be made using Latvian internet banking services (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor), Visa/Mastercard, and others via the makecommerce.lv platform by Maksekeskus AS. Once payment is successful, the contract is confirmed. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be refunded within 14 days.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to Latvia and Europe using available delivery partners. Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation. Delivery is completed within [2-7] business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of goods. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or improperly used, the store may reduce the refundable amount. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product unless it is faulty or incorrect.

6. Consumer Rights for Defective Goods

The store is responsible for defective goods for up to 6 months. The buyer should notify the seller of defects within 2 months of discovering the issue. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the buyer is entitled to a refund.

7. Processing of Personal Data

The store processes personal data (name, contact information, etc.) necessary for order fulfillment. Data may be shared with third parties, such as couriers, for delivery purposes. The buyer may opt out of marketing communications by contacting info@thealchemist.lv.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the buyer and seller will be resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in a court of the Republic of Latvia.
